CNC Router

I designed this CNC router with a few key features in mind. First and foremost, it is made for making parts for FIRST Robotics, so the focus materials to cut were aluminum, polycarbonate, ABS, and wood. It is made to fit through a door as small as 33", and has a full enclosure of polycarbonate and hepa filters to make it safe to use in an open work-space. All of the custom pieces are laser-cut from one 1/8" 4'x8' aluminum sheet, and a 1/4" 4'x8' aluminum sheet.
