Custom Powder Coating Setup

This is a basic powder coating booth and oven I made for my FIRST Robotics team. The booth itself has a small ventilation system and is using a pre-built spray gun rig. The general idea the powder is applied electrostatically to the parts creating an extremely uniform coating.

The oven itself was the hard part. It was constructed using sheet metal packed with left-over ceramic wool from my forge experiments. To heat it repurposed oven heating elements were used along with a variable temperature controller.
