Vacuum head - Amway 2019

This vacuum head is used for tray forming with a collaborative robot arm. Prior to this, aluminum plates were welded together with spacers then tapped, which took a substantial amount of time to fabricate. All of the parts for this are 3D printed, making it substantially lighter, more flexible, and more than strong enough. The rim around the suction cups ensures the cardboard folds in the right points during foming.
